  • Incorrect Charges: If you are incorrectly charged, we will refund the excess amount within 5-7 business days after verification.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Any fees paid for consultation or completed services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your service at any time by contacting our support team. The following cancellation terms apply:

  • Before Service Completion: You may cancel a service before it is fully processed for a full refund.
  • After Service Completion: Once the service has been completed, cancellation requests will not be eligible for a refund.
